with cancer. We will always remember her beautiful smile and big laugh. We can still taste the meals she cooked and set up so elegantly in her home in Alba, Italy. We will long remember her beautiful country estate in San Rocco and the lovely evenings on the back patio below the orchard with more courses than one can imagine. Our tours of the Southwest with Beppe and Carola are legendary, and her story will be told over and over. Her spirit will live in our minds forever. We missed her before her passing and now only miss her even more.  Our thought and prayers are with Beppe Tarrico and Filippo Tarrico.

Carola is survived by her loving husband Beppe Tarrico and her son Filippo Tarrico.
